We test and record how the equipment is working at the time of inspection. It gives us an in-depth picture of the equipment’s performance and can reveal potential problems.

After this inspection, we can then explain to you what should be done to have your equipment brought up to its potential.

These reports are filled out by our mechanics and if we find anything that should be done, it is brought to your attention. We don’t do any additional work without your permission and approval.

Residential equipment having a planned service completed qualifies for a discount on any further service needed within a 12 month period on the same piece of equipment.

We service all makes and models and are your warranty specialist. If we did not install your equipment, there may still be warranty.
